How are items shipped?
The products of our assortment are delivered by carriers. The smaller parcels are send by DHL, UPS or DPD parcel services.

How long will it take to get the order?
We work on your order immediately after receipt and we send the goods within 2 to 4 working days. On the everage the delivery takes 4 working days starting from entrance of the order.
However we continue to work on an improvement of logistics and a cutting the delivery time for you, in order to be able to offer to you in the future delivery times of 24-48 hours.

Shipping costs?
Starting from a goods value of 50 euros we supply * all articles (within Germany) for you expenses-free.
*Bulky articles (wooden boards and wood slats) are excluded.
* The bulky goods addition we calculate directly in item price depending on quantity.

Valid for Germany:
- from 50 Euros goods value EXPENSES -FREE.
- up to 50 Euros goods value only 6,50 Euros.
- Cash on delivery addition: with parcel service only 6,30 Euros.
- Cash on delivery addition: with Carrier min. 17,95 Euros or 3% of goods value.

Valid (with parcel service) for countres:
Austria; The Netherlands; France; Belgium; Luxembourg; Spain; Italy; Great Britain; Denmark; Finland; Greece; Sweden; Cyprus; Portugal; Ireland; Estland; Lettland; Litauen; Tschechien; Slovenia; Slowakei; Hungary.
- Up to 30 kg only 18,75 Euros
-Cash on delivery is not possible at present.

Valid (with parcel service) for Poland and Malta:
- up to 20 kg only 18,75 Euros
- Cash on delivery is not possible at present

For the carrier deliver abroad:
- Cash on delivery addition: with Carrier min. 17,95 Euros or 3% of goods value.
- The extra delivery expenses will be send to you with the order confirmation.

Important notes
Despite all care it can come to damage during the shippment. In this case we refund the damaged articles.

Please consider however the following proceeding:
Transport damages are to be lodged immediately by entrance of the goods. We ask you to inform SAUNAHAUS.COM about the transport damages. If you should want to send the goods back, please inform us before by E-Mail, fax or telephone.
